2022 ACM State of Community Management Survey

Thank you for participating in the 2022 Australian Community Managers (ACM) State of Community Management Survey. Scroll to the end to jump right in.

Australian Community Managers is the centre of excellence for online community management in the APAC region. The ACM State of Community Management survey is the only benchmarking data captured about online community management practice in APAC.

It offers critical insight into this growing and changing industry, and equips community managers with tools to advance professionally, such as salary data and budgets. It helps quantify the leading issues and challenges for the sector, and map trends year-on-year. It is also used by recruiters, policy makers, employers, team managers, journalists and researchers.

How long will it take?

It should take about 10 minutes of your time at most.

Are my responses anonymous?

Yes. The final report and the raw data are both anonymised.

Will the results be made public?

The survey results will be announced in a live event, and will be made available for download to all interested parties. The results may also be provided to accredited researchers who seek permission from Australian Community Managers. Please note that all results remain fully anonymised, and ACM only partners with reputable institutions with ethics approval from their institutions.
